1. ABOUT THESE TERMS
These terms apply to all holiday camps operated by SFK Multisports Ltd, trading as SFK Sport Group (SFK, we, us). The person making the booking must be aged 18 or over and be a parent, guardian or authorised adult responsible for the child. By booking, you agree to these terms and the camp-specific information supplied before payment.
The relevant activity listing and booking confirmation specify your camp location, dates, age range, session times, prices and purchased extras. Those details may vary between camps. These terms do not replace our safeguarding procedures or Privacy Notice. The version supplied at the time of booking applies to that booking.
2. BOOKINGS AND PAYMENT
Bookings and payments are completed through BookPebble, the external booking platform linked from our website. A place is confirmed when BookPebble issues a booking confirmation following the required payment or confirmation of an accepted payment arrangement. Check the dates, attendee details, ticket type and extras carefully and contact SFK promptly about any error.
Prices and any applicable charges will be shown before payment. A weekly ticket covers the dates stated in the booking; a single-day ticket covers the selected date. Optional extras must be booked separately. Keep your confirmation for reference.
3. TICKETS, DISCOUNTS AND ACTIVITY CHOICES
A sibling ticket is valid only when booked alongside at least one full-price ticket for the corresponding camp sessions. It is priced at 40% off the equivalent standard ticket where that offer is advertised. Select the correct ticket for each child.
One promotional code may be used per order. Valid promotional codes may also be applied to sibling tickets. Eligibility, expiry dates and discount amounts are those advertised for the relevant offer. Club-member and Blue Light offers require the stated eligibility; SFK may request evidence.
Choose an activity group for each child in the registration questions. For half-day tickets, select the morning or afternoon option at checkout. A booking summary showing full-day hours does not extend a half-day ticket to a full day.
4. HOURS AND OPTIONAL CARE
Attend only during your booked session and purchased extra-care hours. For camps advertising the current standard hours, the full day is 10:00–15:00, the morning half day is 10:00–12:30 and the afternoon half day is 13:00–15:00. Check your own camp listing for its hours.
Where advertised, early drop-off starts at 08:45 and costs £5 per child per day; late pick-up extends collection to 16:00 and starts from £5 per child per day. The price and availability shown for your camp apply. Extras are charged for each child and selected date.
5. PARENT CANCELLATIONS, ABSENCE AND CHANGES
If your child will not attend, inform SFK directly at enquiries@sfksportgroup.com or through the contact details supplied with your booking. Include your booking reference, child's name and affected dates. Notification to BookPebble alone may not reach SFK.
If you cancel or do not attend without informing SFK, no refund is offered under our cancellation policy, subject to any refund required by law.
Cancellations notified to SFK are reviewed case by case. A refund, credit or transfer is not automatically guaranteed. We will consider the notice given, the circumstances, costs already incurred, whether the place can be resold and any loss avoided. We will explain our decision and any amount retained. We will not retain more than we are legally entitled to retain.
Please contact us about illness, missed sessions or a requested date change. Changes are subject to availability and our case-by-case review. Any statutory rights you have remain unaffected.
6. IF SFK CANCELS OR CHANGES A CAMP
If SFK cancels a camp, you will receive a full refund of the amount paid for that cancelled camp, including associated extras that cannot be provided. If only certain sessions are cancelled, you will receive a full refund of the amount attributable to those sessions and their unused extras.
We will notify you as soon as reasonably possible. We may offer an alternative date or credit, but you do not have to accept it instead of a refund.
Activities may be adapted for weather, safety, staffing or venue conditions. If a change materially affects the service you booked, we will explain your options, including cancellation and a refund for the affected service where appropriate.
7. DROP-OFF, COLLECTION AND LATE COLLECTION
Follow the arrival, sign-in and collection instructions supplied for your camp. Children must be collected by an authorised adult. Inform SFK of any change to the collection arrangements and keep emergency contacts reachable.
Collect your child at the end of the booked session or purchased late-pick-up period. If delayed, contact SFK immediately. The charge described below does not authorise collection later than your booked time, and camp care ends at 16:00 where the late-pick-up option is offered.
For collection after 16:00, a late-collection charge of £1 per minute applies. This charge can be paid at the desk or will be invoiced. SFK will record the collection time and explain the calculation. The charge is subject to applicable consumer law and must be fair and proportionate; SFK will review any disputed charge and the circumstances of the delay.
If we cannot contact an authorised adult, we will follow our safeguarding procedures to keep the child safe.
8. CHILD INFORMATION, HEALTH AND ADDITIONAL NEEDS
Provide accurate attendee information, emergency contacts and details of relevant allergies, medical conditions, medication, disabilities and support needs through the BookPebble registration process before attendance. Tell us promptly if anything changes.
Discuss any support arrangements with SFK before the camp so that we can consider reasonable adjustments and agree suitable arrangements. Tell staff about medication requirements; do not assume medication can be administered without prior arrangements.
Do not send a child who is too unwell to participate safely or whose attendance would pose an infection risk. If a child becomes unwell, we will contact the responsible adult and may request collection. In an emergency, staff may contact emergency services and the child's emergency contacts.
9. PARTICIPATION, BEHAVIOUR AND BELONGINGS
Children should bring the food, drinks, clothing and equipment specified for their camp. Activities may involve normal physical activity risks; staff will provide appropriate supervision and instructions. Children must follow safety instructions and treat others respectfully.
If behaviour creates a serious safety risk, SFK may ask a parent or guardian to collect the child. We will consider support needs and reasonable adjustments and explain any decision affecting further attendance. Any refund decision will be fair and subject to applicable law.
Label belongings and avoid bringing unnecessary valuables. SFK remains responsible for loss or damage where the law makes us responsible; these terms do not exclude that responsibility.
10. PERSONAL INFORMATION AND PHOTOGRAPHS
SFK uses booking and attendee information to administer camps, contact responsible adults and support children's safety, as explained in our Website Privacy Notice, available on www.sfksportgroup.com when posted or from management@sfksportgroup.com on request. BookPebble also processes information under its own privacy information and contractual arrangements.
Permission for promotional photographs or videos must be handled separately. Agreeing to these booking terms does not itself provide consent to promotional use of your child's image.
11. LIABILITY AND CONSUMER RIGHTS
SFK will provide its services with reasonable care and skill. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
These terms do not remove any statutory consumer rights. Cancellation decisions and charges remain subject to fairness requirements and any mandatory legal entitlement to a refund.
12. QUESTIONS, COMPLAINTS AND APPLICABLE TERMS
Contact SFK directly at enquiries@sfksportgroup.com for queries, cancellations and complaints, or use the details in your booking confirmation. Include your booking reference and details of the issue. We will review it and respond as soon as reasonably possible.
The version supplied when you book applies to that booking. Changes to these terms will apply to future bookings unless a change is required by law or you agree otherwise.
