1. ABOUT THESE TERMS
These Website Terms & Conditions govern your use of www.sfksportgroup.com (the Website), operated by SFK Multisports Ltd trading as SFK Sport Group (“SFK”, “we”, “our”, “us”). By using the Website, you agree to comply with these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using it.

These website terms are separate from our Camp Booking Terms & Conditions and any specific terms supplied for individual activities.
2. WEBSITE INFORMATION AND SERVICES
The Website provides information about SFK's sports, holiday camps, arts and crafts, school programmes and related services. We aim to keep content accurate and current, but availability, prices, schedules, venues, eligibility and programme descriptions may change. The relevant BookPebble activity listing and booking confirmation set out the specific details of a booking.
Information on the Website is general and does not replace advice from relevant professionals or our programme-specific policies.
3. BOOKINGS AND PAYMENTS
The Website directs visitors to BookPebble (https://activities.bookpebble.co.uk) for bookings and payments. Bookings are subject to the applicable SFK booking terms and the information shown before payment. BookPebble may also apply its own platform terms and privacy information.
Browsing the Website or sending an enquiry does not reserve a place. A booking is confirmed only when the applicable booking process confirms it.
4. CONTACT FORMS AND ENQUIRIES
You may contact SFK through the Website contact form or enquiries@sfksportgroup.com. Please provide accurate information and do not submit unlawful, abusive or misleading content. We will use your details to respond and manage your enquiry in accordance with our Privacy Notice. Sending an enquiry does not create a contract or guarantee a response within a particular period.
5. NEWSLETTERS AND MARKETING
Visitors may be offered the option to subscribe to SFK news, programmes and offers. Newsletter subscriptions are optional and separate from submitting an enquiry or making a booking. Marketing communications will include an unsubscribe or opt-out route and will be sent only where permitted by applicable law. See our Privacy Notice for further information.
6. ACCEPTABLE USE
You must not misuse the Website, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, interfere with its operation, scrape or harvest personal information unlawfully, impersonate another person, or use it in a way that infringes others' rights. 8. PHOTOGRAPHS AND CHILDREN'S INFORMATION
Images and videos may show SFK activities. They must not be downloaded, republished, used to identify children or otherwise misused in breach of law or relevant rights. Requests about photographs, privacy or removal may be sent to management@sfksportgroup.com. Booking terms do not themselves authorise promotional use of a child's image.
9. EXTERNAL LINKS AND THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
The Website may link to BookPebble, social media and other external services. These links are provided for convenience; SFK does not control third-party websites and is not responsible for their independent content, availability or data practices. Please review their applicable terms and privacy notices. We may remove or change external links when necessary.
10. WEBSITE AVAILABILITY AND SECURITY
We aim to keep the Website available and secure but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. We may suspend access for maintenance, security or technical reasons. You should use up-to-date devices and appropriate security precautions. Nothing here limits legal obligations that cannot lawfully be excluded.
11. LIABILITY AND YOUR RIGHTS
Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. We do not exclude any mandatory consumer rights.
To the extent permitted by law, SFK is not responsible for losses caused solely by circumstances outside its reasonable control or by independent third-party services. This clause does not exclude liability where SFK is legally responsible, including where we fail to use reasonable care and skill.
